Senior Sales Manager B2B

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Sales Manager B2B based in Switzerland. This is a high-impact opportunity to help build a new B2B vertical within a fast-growing performance-driven business focused on the U.S. home services market. You’ll take ownership of developing a strong network of contractors and lead buyers, from prospecting through negotiation and contract closure. The role combines hands-on business development with the opportunity to build scalable sales processes and partnership systems from the ground up. You’ll use data and performance metrics to evaluate opportunities, optimize partner relationships, and drive measurable commercial results. Beyond sales, you’ll contribute to B2B brand building through targeted content, online initiatives, industry research, and potentially U.S. conferences. You’ll operate with a high degree of autonomy in a lean team where initiative, accountability, and measurable impact are highly valued. For strong senior contributors, the role also offers the opportunity to participate in a shares program and grow alongside the success of the new business vertical.
