Senior Product Manager, PPL Technology

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Manager, PPL Technology based in Canada. This is a high-impact product leadership role focused on transforming the technology ecosystem supporting people and workplace experiences. You will own product strategy and roadmap for an assigned HR or People & Places technology domain, from problem definition through delivery and optimization. Working across engineering, experience design, HR Centers of Excellence, and senior leadership, you will turn complex business needs into scalable product solutions. The role combines strategic ownership, technical fluency, stakeholder influence, and hands-on product execution in a highly autonomous environment. You will help build a unified experience and intelligence layer across HR technology while protecting organizational data, logic, and insights. As AI continues to reshape enterprise products, you will evaluate emerging capabilities and integrate AI thoughtfully into product decisions and workflows.
