Position Title: Product Manager Category: Product Management Seniority: Senior Location: LATAM What you will be doing: We are seeking a Senior Product Owner to lead the definition, prioritization, and delivery of products and capabilities that align business needs with technology execution. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, data teams, and other cross-functional partners to translate strategic objectives into clear requirements, user stories, and actionable delivery plans. The ideal candidate combines strong product ownership skills with excellent stakeholder management, business analysis, and technical understanding. They should be comfortable operating in complex environments, managing competing priorities, and driving teams toward measurable outcomes. Required Skills & Experience ● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. ● 7+ years of experience in product development or product management roles. ● Proven success in product development and delivering impactful solutions. ● Strong knowledge and experience in developing pricing strategies and go-to-market plans. ● Technical background with hands-on experience in software development and AI technologies. ● Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to influence and lead through collaboration and perseverance. ● Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing product management teams. ● MBA from a top-tier program (preferred). ● Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities. ● Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills. ● Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
