Senior Product Manager, Clinical Platform

As a Senior Product Manager, you will own critical products that sit at the heart of modern clinical operations and care delivery. You will lead the evolution of scheduling, laboratory workflows, and workforce planning tools that help care teams serve members more efficiently. The role combines product strategy, healthcare operations, AI/ML innovation, and complex workflow design in a highly mission-driven environment. You will partner closely with clinical, engineering, design, data science, and operations teams to solve real-world challenges and deliver measurable outcomes. You will have significant ownership across the full product lifecycle, from identifying opportunities and defining requirements to launch, measurement, and iteration. Your work will directly influence scheduling efficiency, lab turnaround, staffing utilization, and ultimately the quality and accessibility of care.
