Senior Product Designer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Designer based in Canada. This is an opportunity to shape intuitive, high-impact experiences across a sophisticated portfolio of B2B payment products. You will own end-to-end design initiatives spanning both new product experiences and improvements to established payment gateway workflows. The role combines strategic product thinking, user research, interaction design, visual craft, and systems thinking. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, merchants, partners, and other stakeholders to turn complex technical requirements into clear and accessible experiences. You will also help advance design systems and introduce AI-assisted workflows that accelerate prototyping, research, and exploration. The ideal candidate is comfortable with ambiguity, enjoys solving complex problems, and can balance user needs, business outcomes, accessibility, and technical feasibility.
