Senior Pharmacovigilance Project Manager/PV Project Manager

Our partner is looking for a Senior Pharmacovigilance Project Manager/PV Project Manager based in Netherlands. As a Senior Pharmacovigilance Project Manager, you will lead client-facing safety projects that support the delivery of high-quality pharmacovigilance services. You will serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring expectations, timelines, and project objectives are clearly defined and consistently managed. The role combines pharmacovigilance expertise with project leadership, planning, reporting, and stakeholder management. You will coordinate activities across project teams while ensuring deliverables meet regulatory, quality, and client requirements. Your work will span important PV activities, including case processing, quality review, aggregate reporting, literature screening, reconciliation, and procedural documentation. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders in pharmaceutical organizations and help identify solutions to complex project challenges.
