This is a strategic and hands-on People Partner role supporting leaders and employees across a fast-paced, global technology environment.You’ll act as a trusted advisor on performance, talent, employee relations, organizational health, and workforce planning.The role offers significant influence across the full employee lifecycle, from performance reviews and promotions to succession planning and organizational change.You’ll partner closely with senior leaders and cross-functional People teams to translate business needs into scalable people solutions.Success will require strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to navigate complex and sensitive situations with confidence.You’ll also have opportunities to improve HR processes through data, automation, and innovative technology.The position is remote within the United States, with minimal travel for occasional team off-sites.
