Senior Key Account Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Key Account Manager based in United States. The Senior Key Account Manager will drive profitable growth across a portfolio of strategic North American retail partnerships, with a strong focus on major omnichannel accounts. You will own account strategy, joint business planning, sales performance, forecasting, and executive-level customer relationships. The role combines commercial leadership with hands-on responsibility for negotiations, promotions, assortment, pricing, and merchandising. Working closely with Marketing, Finance, Product, Operations, and Training, you will turn customer and market insights into high-impact retail initiatives. You will use POS, consumer, and market data to identify opportunities, improve performance, and strengthen market share. This is a highly visible role for an experienced retail leader who can influence senior stakeholders and deliver measurable business results. You will also contribute to the broader sales organization through mentorship, strategic projects, and cross-functional leadership.
