Senior Implementation Engineer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Implementation Engineer based in Portugal. As a Senior Implementation Engineer, you will play a key role in helping customers successfully adopt and onboard a leading SaaS and container technology platform. You will own important parts of the customer journey, from provisioning and initial setup through successful handoff to ongoing Customer Success teams. The role combines customer-facing expertise, technical problem-solving, operational execution, and process improvement. You will work closely with Customer Success, Sales, Operations, Support, and Enablement teams to create efficient and scalable onboarding experiences. You will have the opportunity to improve workflows, develop automation, document best practices, and influence how customers are supported at scale.
