This is a high-impact recruiting role focused on building and scaling a high-performing go-to-market organization across the Americas.You’ll own full-cycle searches spanning sales roles from Account Executives through senior sales leadership.Working closely with hiring managers and senior sales leaders, you’ll shape hiring strategies and define what exceptional talent looks like.You’ll build proactive talent pipelines that anticipate organizational growth rather than simply responding to open requisitions.The role combines hands-on recruiting with strategic talent advisory, market intelligence, and process improvement.You’ll operate in a fast-moving, remote-first technology environment where curiosity, adaptability, and thoughtful decision-making are highly valued.Your work will directly influence revenue growth while ensuring candidates receive a professional, engaging, and candidate-first experience.
