Senior FOIA Analyst

This role provides specialized support for federal Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and Privacy Act programs within a government environment.You will independently manage complex requests, appeals, records reviews, and disclosure determinations from intake through resolution.The position combines regulatory expertise, analytical judgment, meticulous records management, and stakeholder communication.You will apply FOIA exemptions, relevant case law, policies, and privacy requirements to make accurate and defensible disclosure decisions.The role also contributes to workload reporting, process improvements, quality assurance, and broader program compliance.Success requires an experienced professional who can manage sensitive information and statutory deadlines with minimal supervision.This is a fully remote opportunity offering meaningful work supporting public-sector transparency, privacy, and information-management objectives.
