Senior Engineer, Platform Tooling

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Engineer, Platform Tooling based in the United States. This role is responsible for maintaining and improving the monitoring platforms that support critical managed services environments. You will take ownership of incidents from assignment through resolution while ensuring issues are handled within established service levels. The position combines hands-on troubleshooting, platform administration, automation, documentation, and client communication. You will work across monitoring technologies, enterprise infrastructure, networking, storage, operating systems, and observability tools. The role also offers opportunities to test new capabilities, improve operational processes, and contribute to best practices across the engineering organization.
