This senior HR leadership role will serve as a trusted strategic partner to Global Medical Affairs and Commercial Development leaders. You will translate complex business priorities into people strategies that strengthen organizational effectiveness and support sustainable growth. The role combines executive coaching, workforce planning, organizational design, talent strategy, and change leadership. You will operate in a fast-growing, dynamic environment where agility, accountability, and sound judgment are essential. Working closely with HR Centers of Excellence and other HRBPs, you will help build scalable people programs and processes. Your expertise will directly influence leadership capability, culture, employee engagement, and organizational readiness for continued commercial growth.
