Senior Director, Awareness to Revenue

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Director, Awareness to Revenue based in the United States. This is a high-impact executive role responsible for optimizing the end-to-end journey from market awareness and demand generation through recognized revenue.You will own the Awareness to Revenue (A2R) value stream, connecting demand, qualification, selling, pricing, packaging, and closed revenue into one integrated system.Working in a SAFe and Lean Portfolio Management environment, you will shape strategy, roadmaps, priorities, governance, and cross-functional investments.A major focus will be leading AI-native redesign initiatives that use automation, agents, orchestration, and human oversight to improve speed, efficiency, and commercial outcomes.You will partner closely with senior commercial, finance, technology, AI, and transformation leaders to remove bottlenecks and improve conversion throughout the revenue lifecycle.This role offers significant executive visibility and the opportunity to transform how a complex organization operates across multiple business functions.Success will be measured through stronger flow, improved conversion, reduced effort, better forecasting, and measurable revenue impact.
