Senior Development Officer

This is an opportunity to lead diverse fundraising portfolios within a mission-driven organization focused on advancing equality, human rights, and meaningful social change.You will manage relationships across individual, corporate, and foundation giving, helping strengthen long-term donor engagement and revenue growth.The role combines relationship management, strategic communications, fundraising campaigns, stewardship, events, and planned giving.You will work closely with senior leadership, donors, prospects, Board members, and internal teams to turn philanthropic relationships into lasting impact.As a senior member of the Development function, you will also supervise and mentor a Development Coordinator while helping strengthen team practices and processes.The ideal candidate is an experienced fundraiser who brings strong judgment, excellent communication skills, creativity, and exceptional organizational discipline.This role is well suited to someone who is passionate about 2SLGBTQI rights, social justice, and building an inclusive and equitable future.
