This is a high-ownership creative role focused on shaping how a growing performance advertising business presents itself across marketing, sales, and customer experiences.You’ll combine creative strategy, visual storytelling, and hands-on execution to strengthen brand consistency and elevate the quality of every customer touchpoint.The role spans websites, campaigns, presentations, content, social, sales enablement, video, motion, and digital experiences.You’ll translate complex advertising, data, measurement, and product concepts into compelling and accessible visual stories.Working closely with marketing, sales, product, client success, and leadership teams, you’ll help turn business objectives into effective creative solutions.You’ll also introduce scalable systems, templates, external resources, and AI-assisted workflows that allow a lean team to move faster without sacrificing quality.This opportunity is ideal for a multidimensional designer who thrives in a fast-moving environment and enjoys owning work from the initial brief through final delivery.
