Security Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Security Manager based in Switzerland. As a Security Manager, you will take ownership of the security strategy, operations, and governance framework for a fast-growing global technology organization. You will lead security initiatives across monitoring, incident response, cloud protection, application security, and risk management while ensuring security practices scale alongside business growth. Working closely with engineering, compliance, and leadership teams, you will design practical solutions that protect customers, data, and critical business operations without creating unnecessary barriers to innovation. This remote role offers the opportunity to build and mature a security function, influence company-wide security culture, and shape long-term cybersecurity strategy in a dynamic fintech environment.
