SDR / Inside Sales – Pré-Vendas

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an SDR / Inside Sales – Pré-Vendas based in Brazil. This role is focused on generating and qualifying commercial opportunities across both inbound and outbound channels. You will reconnect with existing leads, prospect for new opportunities, and understand potential customers’ needs through structured conversations. The position combines consultative selling, disciplined follow-up, CRM management, and pipeline organization. You will use SPIN Selling techniques to qualify prospects and identify opportunities that are ready to move forward in the sales process. The role also involves working alongside AI-powered sales tools, stepping in when human interaction is needed to move conversations forward. Success is measured through qualified meetings, sales activity, pipeline performance, and conversion results.
