About the Role The Sales Support Coordinator is a dedicated operational resource responsible for fueling Ecowize’s high-growth trajectory. Reporting directly to the VP of Sales, you will bridge the gap between initial prospect engagement and executed contracts by managing the heavy lifting of documentation, CRM maintenance, and cross-departmental scheduling. This role is fast-paced, highly analytical, and essential to our continued growth. You will serve as the internal anchor for the sales division, ensuring our Business Development Managers and executives have accurate data, polished proposals, and seamless administrative backing required to set Ecowize apart from the competition. What You’ll Do ● Support Executive Sales Initiatives: Act as a primary operational partner to the sales leadership team, managing calendar schedules, preparing data for critical meetings, and facilitating smooth communication pipelines. ● Own CRM and Data Hygiene: Manage and continuously update customer data, track pipelines, and log lead interactions inside our sales management systems to ensure total data accuracy. ● Coordinate Proposal Documentation: Assist in drafting, formatting, and proofreading professional bids, contracts, and sales presentations that clearly articulate the Ecowize value proposition. ● Generate Performance Reporting: Compile financial data, track KPIs, and draft data- informed weekly or monthly sales performance reports for leadership. ● Collaborate with Operations and Finance: Act as an internal liaison between Sales, Operations, and Finance to cross-verify client requirements, track billing approvals, and ensure administrative feasibility. ● Track Market and Lead Activity: Organize incoming warm leads, handle preliminary client inquiries and maintain sales database folders so resources are readily accessible. Cross-Functional Partner You collaborate effectively with sales, marketing, and corporate operational teams to help the business win. What You Bring ● Experience: 2–3 years of proven success in a sales support, sales coordination, or heavy administrative role. ● Technical Writing Skills: Exceptional proficiency in drafting and formatting professional spreadsheets, text documents, and presentations. ● System Fluency: High comfort level navigating CRM platforms and deep familiarity with Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) and Google Workspace. ● Education: Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional administrative experience. ● Working Requirements: Must be comfortable working in a self-motivated, highly communicative remote setting.
