Sales Enablement and RFI Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sales Enablement and RFI Manager based in the United States. This role is a key opportunity to support commercial growth within a global clinical research environment. You’ll manage and develop high-quality responses to client and prospect Requests for Information (RFIs), while helping teams present their capabilities clearly and persuasively. Working closely with Business Development and functional leaders, you’ll gather, refine, and organize strategic content tailored to customer needs. You’ll also help strengthen content libraries, proposal materials, project experience databases, and commercial presentations. The role combines strategic writing, project coordination, data management, and sales enablement in a collaborative, customer-focused setting. It is well suited to a detail-oriented professional who can turn complex information into polished, compelling business content while managing competing priorities and deadlines.
