Sales Director - Enterprise

This is a high-impact enterprise sales leadership role focused on accelerating growth across the North American market. You will lead a go-to-market strategy centered on acquiring new enterprise customers while expanding strategic existing accounts. The role requires a consultative approach to selling complex SaaS, observability, digital operations, incident management, and data-driven technology solutions. You will build senior-level relationships across technical and business functions, including Customer Experience, Digital Operations, Observability, and Site Reliability Engineering.
