Sales Director, Americas

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sales Director, Americas based in United States. This is a senior commercial leadership role responsible for accelerating revenue growth and expanding market presence across North and South America. You will own a $50M annual revenue target across the Architecture, Engineering, Construction & Operations (AECO) and Public Safety Analytics markets. The role combines direct sales leadership with hands-on management of distributors, resellers, and strategic partners. You will work closely with frontline sellers, sales managers, customers, and partners to shape deals and drive execution. Success requires a strong understanding of complex B2B technology sales, strategic account development, forecasting, and channel growth. This is an opportunity to lead a high-impact regional organization while influencing go-to-market strategy, customer engagement, and long-term commercial performance.
