Sales Compensation Analyst

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sales Compensation Analyst based in United States. This is a remote opportunity for a detail-oriented analyst to support the accurate administration of sales incentive programs within a fast-paced, global organization.You’ll work across FP&A, Sales, Finance, and Revenue Operations to ensure compensation data is accurate and payouts are executed on time.The role covers monthly and quarterly incentive calculations, reconciliations, reporting, and exception handling.You’ll also help maintain compensation systems, documentation, plan logic, and operational processes.As you grow, you’ll develop deep expertise in sales compensation plans, quotas, attainment, and the organization’s go-to-market structure.The role offers meaningful exposure to cross-functional stakeholders and opportunities to improve processes and build analytical expertise.It’s well suited to someone who combines strong attention to detail with a data-driven mindset, ownership, and a desire to grow.
