And we’re looking for an experienced Sales Account Executive to start immediately! Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Conduct 30–45 minute Zoom product demonstrations for prospective customers. Answer customer questions regarding the platform and services. Follow up with prospects after product demonstrations. Manage opportunities throughout the sales cycle. Close new customer subscriptions. Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline updates. Transition newly closed customers to the Customer Success team. Attend international trade shows when required, approximately 2–3 times annually.
