Sage Enterprise Team Manager

This leadership role combines people management, client success, project delivery, and commercial responsibility within a technology consulting environment.You’ll lead a team of service professionals while ensuring high-quality, profitable, and sustainable delivery across an assigned client portfolio.As a trusted client advisor, you’ll oversee relationships with senior stakeholders, drive satisfaction and retention, and identify opportunities for continued growth.You’ll also steer complex projects, balancing scope, budgets, resources, timelines, and business outcomes.The role calls for strong knowledge of enterprise applications, particularly Sage X3 and/or Sage 500, alongside sound consulting and business judgment.You’ll work closely with consulting and account leadership while coaching consultants and helping build a high-performing, engaged team.Success means delivering measurable client value while strengthening service revenue, team performance, and long-term customer relationships.
