RVP, Enterprise Sales - Northeast Territory

This is a high-impact enterprise sales leadership opportunity focused on expanding partnerships with large employers across the Northeast.You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through negotiation, close, and expansion opportunities.The role centers on helping benefits leaders address healthcare costs, employee engagement, and measurable clinical outcomes through an AI-powered care platform.You will build trusted relationships with HR, Benefits, and Total Rewards executives while developing strong partnerships across the benefits ecosystem.Working closely with brokers, consultants, health plans, Clinical, Business Development, and Customer Success teams, you will shape compelling solutions for enterprise clients.Success will require a consultative approach, strong commercial judgment, and the ability to communicate complex clinical and financial value to executive audiences.This remote-first role offers the opportunity to contribute to a rapidly evolving healthcare environment while leveraging AI as an integral part of how you work.
