This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Rehabilitation Service Specialist (RSS) based in Canada. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of Canadian Armed Forces Veterans and their families.You will coordinate rehabilitation services that address medical, psychosocial, vocational, and broader well-being needs.Working from home in Quebec, you will collaborate with Participants, families, case managers, and multidisciplinary professionals.You will develop individualized, goal-oriented rehabilitation plans designed to remove barriers and support successful re-establishment.The role combines clinical and service coordination with advocacy, problem-solving, and community resource navigation.You will have the autonomy to identify risks, recommend interventions, and help Participants achieve sustainable outcomes.It is a purpose-driven environment where collaboration, empathy, quality, and participant-centered care are highly valued.
