This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Recruiter, Sales (Contract) based in the United States. This is a 6-month contract opportunity focused on recruiting top Sales talent across the AMER region.You’ll manage full-cycle recruiting while partnering closely with hiring managers and cross-functional business leaders.The role combines strategic sourcing, stakeholder management, market intelligence, and data-driven pipeline management.You’ll help build scalable recruiting processes and continuously improve the candidate and hiring-team experience.Success will require strong judgment, organization, communication, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a distributed environment.You’ll work remotely with teams across multiple time zones and contribute to a high-performance, technology-focused talent organization.The role is ideal for a recruiter who enjoys ownership, collaboration, and using data and technology to improve hiring outcomes.
