This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Real Estate Paralegal based in the United States. This fully remote role offers the opportunity to play a key part in accelerating commercial real estate transactions from diligence through closing.You’ll manage a nationwide deal pipeline while coordinating documentation, execution, and closing activities across multiple jurisdictions.The role combines legal research, transaction coordination, document review, and meticulous attention to detail.You’ll work closely with legal and real estate professionals to keep complex transactions organized and moving forward.The position is well suited to an experienced paralegal who enjoys ownership, collaboration, and a fast-moving transactional environment.You’ll also have the opportunity to work across specialized real estate assets, including renewable energy and wireless infrastructure.Working remotely from your home office, you’ll have meaningful responsibility and visibility across the transaction lifecycle.
