R&D Engineer - Mass Timber Connections

This is an exciting opportunity for an early- to mid-career engineer to contribute to the development of innovative structural connection solutions for the growing mass timber industry. You will combine engineering analysis, applied research, hands-on experimentation, and product development. The role offers the chance to investigate structural behaviour, design and evaluate connection concepts, and translate test results into practical engineering recommendations. You will collaborate with senior engineers, laboratories, suppliers, universities, and multidisciplinary internal teams. Your work will directly support product validation, technical approvals, design guidance, and future product development.
