Description
Position overview This position reports to the Director, Publishers and is responsible for driving the day-to-day technical operations, integrations, and cross-functional coordination behind one of Adelaide’s fastest-growing lines of business. In this role, you’ll own publisher tag operations, help stand up integrations with major publishers, and run meetings and keep publisher-related work moving across Data Science, Product, and Engineering. You’ll also build deep expertise in Adelaide’s publisher products and how new features and technical developments affect our partners. The work is both technical and operational. On any given day, you might investigate a measurability issue, configure and test publisher tags, drive a cross-functional project forward, document a new process, or onboard a publisher partner. As you ramp up, you’ll begin owning publisher accounts directly and serving as a trusted resource for both partners and internal teams. We’re looking for someone with 0-2 years of relevant experience or equivalent experience gained through coursework, internships, or projects. A background in computer science, data science, statistics, economics, or another analytical field may be helpful, but we’re equally interested in someone who demonstrates technical curiosity, strong follow-through, and a genuine interest in ad tech, media, or data-driven products. This is a high-ownership opportunity for someone who wants to learn quickly, take initiative, and grow their responsibilities alongside the business. You’ll work closely with the Director, Publishers and other leaders across Adelaide, with the expectation that within your first few months, you’ll be ready to independently own publisher accounts while continuing to receive guidance as needed. This is a fully remote role within the United States, with occasional travel to our New York office a few times per year. Compensation: Base Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 This role includes a competitive compensation package consisting of base salary, performance-based bonus, and equity.
