Projects Coordinator

This role provides broad visibility across an organization’s active engineering projects, helping ensure work progresses smoothly from award through completion. You will serve as a central operational link between Business Development, Engineering, clients, and Accounting. The position combines project coordination, financial tracking, client communication, reporting, and process improvement. You will monitor schedules, milestones, budgets, deliverables, and risks across multiple concurrent projects. Your work will help improve accountability, reduce delays, strengthen documentation, and give leadership a clear view of project performance.
