Project Manager (Niobium / Alluvial Operations / Coltan)

Our partner is looking for a Project Manager (Niobium / Alluvial Operations / Coltan) based in Brazil. This role offers the opportunity to lead field-based extraction and processing operations in a remote alluvial environment. You will oversee day-to-day operations involving niobium and tantalum-bearing concentrates and gravity-based mineral processing. The position combines operational leadership, mineral separation expertise, environmental stewardship, and remote-site management. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams across mining, processing, maintenance, security, and HSE functions. Strong community engagement and responsible supply-chain practices will be central to the role. The successful candidate will help improve recovery rates, concentrate quality, operational efficiency, and overall site performance.
