Project Cost Administrator

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Project Cost Administrator based in Italy. This is a fully remote project administration role focused on keeping project cost information accurate, complete, and up to date. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring Project Managers, Engineers, and Site Supervisors have reliable financial and operational data for project decisions. Your day-to-day work will cover delivery dockets, purchase orders, cost codes, timesheets, labor and plant records, and supporting documentation. Accuracy is central to the role, with responsibility for maintaining a 99%+ coding accuracy target and minimizing costly rework. You’ll work remotely with an Australian project team, coordinating with suppliers and site teams to resolve missing information and discrepancies. The role is well suited to someone highly organized who takes ownership of details, follows through on outstanding items, and works confidently with minimal supervision.
