Program Support Specialist

What you'll do Analyze and interpret training and program data to support leadership decision-making. Collect, validate, and manage data from multiple sources. Develop reports, dashboards, metrics, and trend analyses. Conduct statistical analysis and identify patterns, gaps, and opportunities. Support certification and accreditation compliance through accurate documentation. Evaluate quality reviews, process audits, and instructor/customer feedback. Maintain databases, records, and data standards. Experience with Excel (advanced formulas, PivotTables). Ability to build queries, analyze large datasets, and develop meaningful reports. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, data-driven workplace. Education and Experience 2 - 4 years' Data Analysis experience
