Product Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Manager based in Spain. This is a hands-on product role focused on owning the day-to-day development and operations of a student-facing digital platform. You will translate feedback from students, families, coaches, customer success, and operations into clear product requirements and actionable engineering work. The role combines backlog ownership, product documentation, ticket creation, scope management, QA coordination, launch readiness, and post-release improvement. You will work closely with engineering and UX/design teams while acting as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Success in this role depends on strong organization, excellent written communication, attention to detail, and a consistent bias toward shipping meaningful improvements. You will join a fully remote, distributed environment collaborating across European and U.S. time zones.
