Principal Presales Engineer

As a Principal Presales Engineer, you will play a critical role in helping strategic customers design and adopt innovative communications solutions. You will own the technical presales relationship, from discovery and solution architecture through demonstrations, proofs of concept, and technical presentations. The role combines deep technical expertise with strong business acumen, requiring you to engage confidently with both executive leaders and engineering teams. You will act as a trusted advisor, translating complex customer challenges into scalable, creative, and commercially valuable solutions. As a senior member of the Solutions Engineering organization, you will also influence technical strategy, support complex deals, and mentor other engineers. You will collaborate closely with sales, product, and other cross-functional teams in a highly autonomous, remote-first environment.
