Principal Front End Engineer

This is a senior technical leadership opportunity for an engineer who wants to shape frontend engineering practices at an organizational level.You will define modern frontend architecture, tooling, standards, and development practices across multiple teams and applications.The role combines hands-on engineering with technical strategy, mentoring, and cross-functional influence.You will build accessible, high-performance, user-centered web applications serving government customers and mission-critical users.A major focus will be on design systems, frontend infrastructure, automated testing, accessibility, performance, and developer experience.You will partner closely with product, design, backend, and engineering leaders to turn complex requirements into practical, scalable solutions.This is a fully remote role offering the opportunity to make a broad technical impact while working on meaningful public-sector technology initiatives.
