This is an opportunity to join a high-performing digital marketing team focused on driving measurable growth through paid social advertising.You’ll take ownership of Facebook and Instagram campaigns, from strategy and budget management through optimization and scaling.The role combines hands-on campaign execution with close collaboration across paid media, content, copy, and design teams.You’ll use performance data to identify opportunities, improve ROI, and make informed decisions across the customer journey.Structured experimentation will be a key part of the role, with ongoing testing of creative, copy, audiences, and landing pages.Depending on your experience and leadership capabilities, the position can grow in scope from Specialist to Manager level.You’ll work in a fast-moving, collaborative environment where experimentation, innovation, and measurable results are highly valued.
