This role is designed for a creative professional who combines strong visual storytelling with a genuine interest in performance marketing and data. You will create, edit, and animate paid social creatives designed not only to look compelling, but also to generate measurable business results. Working closely with creative and marketing teams, you will develop concepts, test variations, analyze performance, and continuously improve advertising assets. The position offers exposure to multiple digital platforms, including Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, as well as a wide range of creative formats. You will use performance metrics to understand why certain creative decisions succeed and translate those insights into stronger future campaigns. The role also encourages the use of AI-powered creative tools to accelerate ideation, production, and experimentation without compromising quality.
