The Performance Marketing & Growth Manager will lead initiatives designed to accelerate demand, qualified lead generation, and enrollment growth across services and training programs. This role combines strategic marketing with hands-on campaign execution, using performance data to continuously improve acquisition and conversion. You will shape compelling positioning and customer-centric messaging that clearly communicates the value of the organization’s offerings. The role spans multiple marketing channels, including email, content, SEO, analytics, marketing automation, and CRM-driven campaigns. You will work closely with sales and training teams to strengthen the full B2B funnel, from awareness and lead generation through conversion and enrollment. Success will be measured through tangible improvements in qualified leads, conversion rates, program enrollments, and brand visibility.
