Performance Director

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Performance Director based in India. This is a senior performance marketing leadership role responsible for driving profitable growth across a diverse portfolio of ecommerce brands.You’ll own paid media strategy, budgets, channel performance, and the development of a high-performing media buying function.The role spans major acquisition channels including Meta, Google, TikTok, Amazon, and emerging platforms.You’ll combine strategic leadership with hands-on involvement, using data and experimentation to identify opportunities and improve performance.Working closely with Creative, Analytics, Product, AI, Finance, and Brand teams, you’ll turn performance insights into commercial decisions.You’ll also build scalable systems, frameworks, and processes that allow multiple brands and teams to grow efficiently.Success will be measured by profitable scaling, speed of learning, strong team performance, and measurable business impact.
