Partner Support Manager

This role provides payer relations expertise and consultative support to dental practices across a broad national network.You will help optimize payer participation, reimbursement, revenue opportunities, and operational efficiency for assigned offices.The position combines strategic analysis, contract negotiation, relationship management, and hands-on problem solving.You will serve as a trusted advisor to dental practice leaders and internal teams, translating complex payer matters into actionable recommendations.Success requires strong business judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.The role offers the opportunity to influence revenue performance while building lasting relationships across a collaborative healthcare organization.This is a remote position with limited overnight travel required approximately one to two times per year.
