Paralegal

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Paralegal based in United States. This role provides high-level legal and administrative support within a fast-moving aerospace and defense environment. You will work closely with the General Counsel and broader Legal function across contracts, corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters. The position combines detailed legal operations with opportunities to support strategic activities such as financing, due diligence, and board matters. You will help manage sensitive documentation, government requirements, regulatory obligations, and relationships with external counsel. Success requires exceptional organization, sound judgment, precision, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently. The role is well suited to an experienced paralegal who understands the complexities of government contracting and regulated industries.
