Operations Supervisor

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Operations Supervisor based in Canada. This is a remote operations leadership role focused on scaling and maintaining a high-performing distributed workforce. You will work closely with the Operations Manager to translate broader objectives into effective day-to-day execution. Your focus will include workforce planning, attendance, quality assurance, coaching, onboarding, and operational administration. You will help grow the operation toward a target of 100 active agents while maintaining consistent performance and reliability. The role suits a hands-on operational leader who is comfortable managing people, monitoring performance, and addressing issues quickly. Strong organization, accountability, and attention to detail will be essential to keeping the operation running smoothly as it expands.
