Operations Implementation Manager

This is a high-impact operations role focused on delivering seamless onboarding experiences for complex, high-value merchants across a U.S. fulfillment network.You’ll own the operational implementation lifecycle from post-sale handoff through successful transition to the ongoing merchant success team.Working across Operations, Engineering, Quality, Forecasting, Analytics, Sales, and other teams, you’ll coordinate execution and remove operational roadblocks.The role combines strategic problem-solving with hands-on program management, requiring you to understand unique fulfillment requirements and turn them into scalable solutions.You’ll serve as a key escalation point during the first 30 days of onboarding, resolving complex issues and protecting the merchant experience.This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced operations leader who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, performance-driven environment.The role is based near North Aurora, Illinois, with approximately 75% travel across the Midwest and up to 25% travel to other regions as needed.
