NCR Trainer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a NCR Trainer based in the United States. The NCR Trainer will deliver specialized Counter-sUAS training across the National Capital Region in support of joint and installation-level readiness initiatives. You will deliver standardized instruction while adapting training to local operational requirements and stakeholder needs. The role combines technical instruction, training coordination, logistics, student evaluation, and proficiency validation. You will work closely with military units, agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure training activities are effectively planned and executed. The position also supports surge requirements and special events tied to domestic Counter-sUAS priorities. This is an opportunity to contribute directly to mission readiness and national security in a collaborative, operationally focused environment. The role is remote and requires an active Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship.
