Barracuda is seeking a National Account Manager to champion our relationship with SHI, driving growth from the executive suite down to the sales floor. What You'll Do: As our National Account Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our success with SHI. Your strategic vision and collaborative spirit will be key as you: Strategize and Grow: Partner with Barracuda's Lead National Account Manager and internal sales teams to craft and implement impactful sales and marketing strategies that boost sales volume and pipeline. Empower Our Teams: Design and execute enablement programs for Barracuda team members, ensuring SHI's sales, marketing, and technical teams are fully equipped for success. Cultivate Key Relationships: Build and nurture deep, trust-based relationships with strategic stakeholders across all levels at SHI. Drive Performance: Lead and execute comprehensive quarterly business reviews, ensuring alignment and progress toward shared goals. Collaborate and Innovate: Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious objectives. Evaluate and Optimize: Continuously assess the effectiveness of our go-to-market strategies, ensuring they align with and support Barracuda's overall company objectives. Forecast and Deliver: Take ownership of pipeline management and forecasting, driving accountability and predictable results. Shape the Future: Provide invaluable insights into industry trends and market intelligence, helping to inform and refine our strategic direction. Be the Face of Barracuda: Act as the primary point of contact for strategic partner escalations, skillfully navigating challenges and reinforcing Barracuda's commitment to the partnership. What You Bring: You're a results-oriented leader with a proven track record of success in channel management and a deep understanding of the IT landscape. Specifically, you have: SHI Expertise: 8+ years of experience working closely with SHI, ideally within cloud, storage, IT hardware, software, or services. Executive Presence: A strong executive presence coupled with sharp financial acumen. Collaborative Success: A demonstrated history of successfully collaborating with diverse cross-functional teams. Strategic Communication: The ability to craft clear, concise strategic plans that resonate with senior leadership. Impactful Leadership: The capacity to drive results at both the strategic and line-management levels. Salesforce Savvy: Proficiency in Salesforce.com for pipeline management and reporting. Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) is preferred. Travel Ready: Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time to foster key relationships and drive initiatives. Actual compensation offered will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications as they directly relate to the requirements of the position, the budget for the position, and applicable employment laws. We recognize that cost-of-living disparities, market conditions, and other factors can significantly impact compensation expectations in different regions.
