MyCare - Nurse Practitioner Menopause Specialist - Virtual

What you’ll do TELUS Health MyCare™ is committed to putting patients at the center of care by leveraging the power of technology to drive better health outcomes for Canadians so they can live happier, healthier lives. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Nurse Practitioner specializing in menopause care to provide virtual consultations to our patients. This role combines clinical expertise with digital healthcare delivery to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care. Status: Contractor Hours: 4hrs/wk with potential to increase Compensation: $120/hr Here’s How Provide comprehensive virtual consultations for patients throughout their menopause journey Develop personalized treatment plans incorporating both medical and lifestyle interventions Prescribe and manage hormone replacement therapy and other appropriate medications Offer evidence-based lifestyle recommendations and wellness strategies Coordinate care with other healthcare providers and make appropriate referrals Maintain detailed electronic health records Participate in team meetings and case discussions Preventive health strategies incorporating mental health support during menopause transition, sexual health management and bone health optimization What’s in it for you?
