Marketing Operations Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager based in Canada. This is a hands-on marketing operations role focused on making the systems behind a modern B2B SaaS marketing organization reliable, scalable, and data-driven. You will own the marketing technology ecosystem, with a particular focus on Marketo and its integrations with CRM, events, enrichment, ABM, and email platforms. You will ensure campaigns launch smoothly, leads are routed accurately, and funnel data can be trusted for reporting and attribution. The role combines technical ownership, operational strategy, troubleshooting, and continuous process improvement. You will work closely with Demand Generation, Events, Sales, external partners, and other stakeholders to translate business objectives into effective marketing systems. You will also have the opportunity to introduce AI-powered automation that improves efficiency, quality, and scalability. This is a remote opportunity in Canada, with preference for candidates working in the Eastern Time zone.
